After the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, several companies had started working from home (WFH) for most of their employees. However, since the situation has improved, several companies have started calling their employees back to the offices.

Currently, 20% of TCS (over 6 lakh employees) are now working from their designated office as the business returns to pre-pandemic levels. Speaking to The Economic Times, people with knowledge of the matter said the company was enticing its employees with nostalgic images on its social media.
