We now have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Systems Analyst to join our People and Culture team to be responsible for the maintenance, adaptation and upgrade of our iTrent HR and Payroll system.
As the primary liaison with our hospitality providers, this role will ensure efficient self-service, accurate salary payment and pension registration and you will provide training sessions and learning materials. to ensure that your colleagues can use the system.
This role is called People Systems Analyst internally
What we are looking for:
Strong experience using Midland iTrent to create elements, workflows, formulants, messages and structures, catch new beginners and exits.
Knowledge and understanding of payroll processes as well as experience in using an HR, payroll and learning system to ensure correct payment of wages.
Proven data and project management skills with knowledge of data compliance
Analytical skills as well as the ability to prepare and present statistical information in a range of easy-to-read formats
Ability to undertake full system administration and continuous development as changes occur
