Cyversity partners with Burst to launch new online job site

Cyversity, a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit dedicated to the academic and professional success of minority cybersecurity students and professionals, today announced a new partnership with tech company Burst founded and owned by a Minority, the leading user-generated content (UGC) engagement platform for broadcasters, media companies and brands, to provide Cyversity members with a transparent way to tell and share their story via video taken on their phone.

In addition to the Burst integration, Cyversity is launching a new online job site in early 2022 that will provide many opportunities for Cyversity members and non-members and allow sponsors, partners and the public to post roles. cybersecurity available. The Jobs Board, open to the public, connects employers with people who want to get a foot in the door or who want to expand their careers. Cyversity members receive priority placement as an added benefit of their membership.

As of January 1, 2022, Cyversity has moved to a paid membership model with an annual cost of $ 20 for students and $ 100 for professionals. The benefits of Cyversity membership include mentors, scholarships, skills assessments, training resources, events, and a whole community to provide the tools needed to be successful in a cybersecurity career. Current members and new members who signed up before the New Year will receive an invoice to continue to access the full benefits of Cyversity membership.
