According to statistics published in the latest Occupational Outlook Handbook from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median annual salary of American workers is $38,640 as of May 2018. Moreover, it projects that the country will experience an average growth of 5% in the number of jobs. by total industry between 2018 and 2028.
To determine the top work-from-homes, the data science and research team at Insurify, a website that allows users compare home insurance quotes , turned to studies published by Glassdoor, the US Labor Bureau Occupational Handbook and Flexjobs. The highest-paying jobs were identified as the full-time remote positions with the highest salaries in Glassdoor’s database. The fastest growing jobs are those that the Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts will experience the largest percentage increase in jobs between 2018 and 2028 with work-from-home opportunities. The most common jobs were identified as the most frequent occupations in the database of FlexJobs – a remote jobs service (although the exact number was not specified). Best Jobs for Beginners is an unranked sample of entry-level jobs from home that don’t require any training, unusual equipment, or software to apply for.
